We are phasing out solvent based paint and going to water-based paint. Why? Why not. "We have to offer a better way and product if it's available. It's all about reducing the levels of VOC's we breath every day. VOC stands for volatile organic compounds. Emissions from the old paint that we used in the past will drop about 90 percent or so."
